Great location, beautiful room, awesome views, super value for money, clean hotel areas, awesome pool/gym facilities.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hand written note in our 2 bedroom apartment that was signed by all of the staff was a lovely touch. Excellent location.Excellent reception.Our bedside lamp had a burnt out globe sitting just on the inside of the lamp which was lopsided.It had not been fixed. The only real compalint we had was the cleanliness of our apartment.The bathrooms left a lot to be desired cleanliness wise & the kitchen benches had cup ring marks on the benches as if they had not been cleaned.We will stay again, as everything else suited us fine, but I do hope that the cleaning standards improve.Otherwise, we had a lovely stay at the Sebel.

As I stated above, the only thing we wre unhappy about was the cleanliness of our apartment.I Think maintanance should also be looked at.

Location is good as there is a train terminal and some shopping malls around. Moreover, some good restaurants open till late night, it's convenient for dining out.

1. Charged extra 1.5% for using credit card which is totally not acceptable. 2. Something wrong with the stove, they should inspect the equipment regularly. 3. Quite expensive broadband; in fact, many hotels in other countries are providing this free of charge. 4. Should provide more tv programs apart from the few free ones, they are too boring and the choice is very limited.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our Christmas break. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and public transport. We also enjoyed the in-house swimming pool, which was a great way to beat the summer heat.

Our experience was not perfect. We had to carry all of our bags ourselves as there was no porter available.

All staffs are friendly and serviced good specially Karina and Ali thanks to them. Hotel is very convenient locatio. Everythings are near the hotel.

I stayed for 11nights. The most thing I don't like is breakfast.Breakfast menu was cereal. 2Pieces of bread, Juice, milk, diced fruit. It was $11.90 per meal. I think it is expensive. I already paid for breakfast through Booked.net so I couldn't cancel it.

Easy to get too, good clean accom

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious apartments that provide excellent views. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient, being close to the train station. The rooms are comfortable and attention is given to detail, with the extra bed made up as requested.

Water jug cracked upon hot water being poured into it. Had to pay A$20 as replacement which I felt was a bit expensive and did not feel at fault in the first place. When checking out, I needed the trolley to put luggages and called for concierge to send it but was told they were understaffed and I had to do it myself. Lastly, when I wanted to pay the bill, I was overcharged by A$200 and the reception staff (Da**) insisted it was correct until I clarified with him and showed proof of my booking receipt.

Location, location location for what we needed that weekend.

Big ugly stain on the carpet, (otherwise clean), tired appliances, the daily room service always happened late in the day when we were back wanting to use the room. Not so clean windows.

Fantastic start to the new year! Enjoyed our stay with fantastic views and a great location that was close to shopping and entertainment. Complimentary tea and room amenities were a nice touch. We also enjoyed complimentary late checkout.

Room service could have been better as we had to ask for it on the first day and on the second day, it was not serviced at all. However, this was not a major issue and did not impact our overall stay.

The location was great and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The location!It is really adjacent to Wesfield Shopping Centre and near all the shops!The railway station is merely 3 minutes walk from the apartment.Also,the room is pretty big.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the location of this place is unbeatable. It is conveniently close to the train station and there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and even a shopping mall just across the road. The access to all these amenities made my stay so much more convenient and enjoyable.

In summary, this hotel provided me with a luxurious and comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place for families seeking a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Housekeeping staff did not look after room as weel as expected in this type of accommodation. Swimming pool was always freezing even in a heat wave.
